​Phenomenal Living 365 is a Independent Housing Program catering to Seniors, Veterans, and other adults living on fixed incomes or very little financial resources for housing. We are based in Augusta Georgia and the surrounding CSRA. Phenomenal Living 365 is home to seniors and others who place a high value on their independence, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and journey back into their community. Our mission is to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for active, engaged, and purposeful living. This benefits their families, their lives, and the greater community.

Program Overview
Phenomenal Living 365 housing program supports and uplifts individuals with a clean, healthy and safe environment they can call home. Our homes are very well structured and community oriented.
Community
Many of our community members at Phenomenal Living 365 do not require some degree of health or well-being and can independently manage basic life necessities. We take it personal by making sure that the needs of stability is our top priority. We go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Phenomenal Living 365.
Services
Throughout the year, we provide residents with:
A Fully furnished and maintained place to call home
Shared living space, bedrooms, and bathrooms
All utilities, Wi-Fi, and general essentials included

Camera surveillance in common areas/outdoors to ensure safety at all times
A drug free and safe environment
Also this is a shared housing program, which means residents typically will room with others. Private rooming is also available, but limited and set at a higher rate. Our program is designed to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at Phenomenal Living 365. It’s just one of the things that sets our Independent housing program apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our participants to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.
Do I Qualify?
To qualify you must:
Be a senior, veteran, or adult on a fixed income in dire need of housing
100% Independent

Verified Income
(SSI, SSDI, VA Benefits, Retirement, Family assistance, Resource assistance, or able to maintain steady work)
Drug free at all times while following house and program rules
​
Able to pay our starting price at $700 a month
